It’s the Eleventh disk in the collection and the first thing to clear up about this DVD is that the title on it is wrong.  The states it’s from 2004, it’s not. The footage for the most part is from an off track Formula Nippon promo event held in 2001. That said it’s still a great release with race queens from the Olympic Kondo racing team, DoCoMo Team Dandelion and Twin ring Motegi.
